Maiden Voyage

Good afternoon everyone. Welcome to my very first blog post! I have been working on creating this website for a few weeks now. I am excited about this new platform to share information with you. I hope to use this site to give you a more personal look into my life and ministry. I am unsure of what all kinds of information I will be sharing here. I plan to experiment with that as I go. I will be giving periodic updates about my life and ministry. I plan to post missions journals when I am overseas to give you a look into what I am doing, thinking, and feeling. I will try to be as open and transparent as possible here in an attempt to give you a feel for what a day in the life of a goofball trying his best to serve the Lord looks like. I would like each of you to give your input on the different kinds of things that you would like to see on this site. I have enabled these posts where you should be able to comment on them. (keep in mind that the comments will be public) Also, feel free to contact me at any time with questions or suggestions from the contact page on this site.

I am currently in North Carolina. I am visiting Holly for a few days before I attend the Global Impact Celebration at Englewood Baptist Church in Rocky Mount, North Carolina. That conference starts this Thursday and runs through Sunday, September 10th. As soon as the conference is over on the 10th I will be heading to Raleigh International Airport to board a flight to Nairobi, Kenya.

I will be spending 10 days in Kenya. This will be a relationship building and training trip. I will be traveling to four different locations while I am there.

I ask that you be in prayer for me and the three faithful pastors that will be joining me Perry, Bruce, and Mike. Please pray for the areas that we will be visiting Nairobi, Kitale, Kotiang, Murang'a, and Thika Town.
